I had an amazing stay at Mi Casa! The location was perfect, right next to the beautiful Garden of Dreams and just a few steps away from Thamel. The room may not have been big, but the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The service was truly exceptional - the host went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He personally dropped us off at the airport, gave us great advice for our trips, and even took us to a fantastic local restaurant and introduced us to a great cashmere shop. On the last day, when our flight was late at night, he offered us a room to freshen up and rest. The host's dedication to making Mi Casa feel like home for everyone in Kathmandu was truly commendable. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great location, centrally located and convenient to access restaurants and shops. Friendly and helpful staff, who provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and arranged tours and transportation.- Clean and well-maintained rooms, with comfortable amenities.
Limited privacy when hosting guests in the rooms. Lack of flexibility in calling guests to the room for security reasons.

Great Location in the heart of the city with easy access to public transportation and local markets. The room size and overall cleanliness was impressive and commendable. The hotel staff members are very friendly and welcoming with courteous behavior towards guests. They offer a delicious breakfast and organize tours and trekking expeditions on request.
Due to the energy crisis in the city, power cuts were a common occurrence during my stay, and it was evident that the hotel was not equipped with a generator backup. Hence, electricity and wifi connectivity were a problem sometimes.

We were pleasantly surprised by the great service and friendly staff. the breakfast was delicious and it was nice to have free tea and coffee available. the location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the complimentary bottle of water in the room and the fact that the rooms were clean and well-furnished.
The room heater didn't work as well as we would have liked, and the towels were a bit worn. We also experienced power outages at odd times, which was frustrating.

We had an amazing stay in a hotel located in the heart of a bustling tourist spot. It was extremely close to the shops and restaurants so we could easily grab a bite or do some shopping. Despite its location, it was surprisingly quiet and provided us with a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. We felt safe walking back alone at night. the room and bathroom were spotless, the service was impeccable, and the breakfast included had a variety of options. We loved having access to unlimited coffee and tea, and enjoyed sitting on our private balcony.
The hotel had limited food and drink options available compared to larger hotels.
